Four months ago we opened the doors at Karnivor.
To Lennox Head — thank you. You welcomed us with open arms and have supported us every step of the way. That means more than I can put into words.
To my team — I couldn’t be prouder of you. We’ve dealt with our share of challenges and controversies over these first four months, but we’ve pulled through together. Your work, your standards, and your commitment every single day are what this shop is built on.

These didn’t come out of a packet.
Rolled, simmered and tasted for hours in our kitchen — meatballs and sauce made from scratch with the same meat we sell over the counter.
Just heat in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C. Proper homemade dinner, without the work.

Massaman Organic Beef & Rice Sausage
We went all in on this one.
Made the Massaman paste completely from scratch, toasted every seed ourselves, then packed it full of proper organic beef and rice.
That slow-cooked Thai heat, the depth, the richness… it’s pure comfort with a serious kick.
