Elegant, yet simple and flavourful, Danielle brings her French training to the fore to showcase the best Tasmanian produce available. A bespoke operation, we can tailor a menu from a multitude of exciting options to meet your needs, bringing creativi

ty and ingenuity complemented by friendly, experienced and unobtrusive staff. Breakfasts, brunch, picnic style lunch boxes, informal (or formal) BBQs, canapés, platters of cheese, fruit & charcuterie, feasts fit for kings (or your best clients), cocktails and sparkling wine in the sun – we can produce any or all of these at a location of your choosing. Recently we’ve worked in parklands and on farms, in gardens, in garages, by riverbeds, in home kitchens and in holiday houses. Whether it is a week long product launch, or a simple cocktail hour where only the finest of food will do, have a chat to us about your needs and we will come up with the perfect solution.

Here’s a glimpse of our roaming canapés - some of which you may have already had the pleasure of tasting… that moment when the flavours hit and everything just works. [insert head nod]

This week, Nick and I have been cooking in Macau at the 2026 International Cities of Gastronomy Festival 🇲🇴

We’re here representing Tasmania on a global stage, showcasing the produce and flavours that define what we do - from premium Tasmanian lamb to native ingredients like pepperberry and leatherwood honey.

This experience has been about more than just cooking for Nick and I, we’ve been able to share our story, connect with cultures through food, and have met so many incredible chefs from around the world + try some amazing local food!
