Our balls are heading to the Tasmanian Craft Fair! 😉

We’re excited to be back at the Tasmanian Craft Fair from 30 October – 1 November with plenty of Rhuby Delights in tow. Plus, we're bringing our brand new flavour... don't miss it!

If you’re heading along, make sure you come and find us, say hello and stock up on your favourites. It’s the perfect chance to try a flavour you haven’t had before… or just replenish the stash before it mysteriously disappears again. 😂

And with Christmas creeping closer, it’s also a great opportunity to grab a few delicious Tassie-made gifts. 🎁

One of the best things about Rhuby Delights is that Malcolm is always experimenting.

A new fruit. A different flavour combination. An idea that starts with “I wonder what would happen if…”

And naturally, the rest of us are forced to taste-test the results.

It’s a tough job. 😂

Some experiments become new Rhuby flavours. Others need a little more tinkering.

But that curiosity is a big part of what makes Rhuby Delights, Rhuby Delights.

Inside many of our Rhuby Delights you’ll find real freeze-dried fruit.

Freeze-drying removes moisture while helping retain that beautiful flavour and giving the fruit its light, crunchy texture.

Then, of course, we make it even better…

We cover it in chocolate. 🍫

Because chocolate is always a good idea.

🌿 It will always have a special place in our chocolate-loving hearts.

Rhubarb is where Rhuby Delights began.

That beautiful tart rhubarb flavour combined with smooth chocolate created something pretty special — and eventually led to all the other flavours you see today.

We love experimenting. We love creating new combinations.

But sometimes you just can’t beat the original. ❤️

A very last-minute heads-up for our North West Coast chocolate lovers…

Our balls (and Malcolm) will be at The Makers Nest at paranaple convention centre in Devonport tonight, Friday 2 October, and tomorrow!​🍫

If you’re heading along, come and find us, say hello and, most importantly, try and buy some Rhuby Delights.

Our chocolate treats are made with real ingredients, from freeze-dried fruit to quality nuts, all coated in delicious chocolate.

And if you need a little extra encouragement to eat chocolate… dark chocolate contains cocoa compounds such as flavanols, which have been studied for potential cardiovascular benefits.

So really, coming along for a taste is practically research. 😉😂

Come try a few flavours, have a chat with Malcolm and take your favourites home before someone else gets their hands on your balls.
