The perfect camping companion for a cold winter weekend 🥶

We’ve taken delicious grass-fed brisket and free range pork butt, blended it with our secret bratwurst mix… and then thrown in a handful of Carolina Reapers because apparently we don’t care about your feelings. 🌶️🌶️🌶️😂

These beauties are packed with flavour, a little smoke, a little spice, and just enough heat to make you question your life choices around the campfire.

* Not recommended for anyone who thinks sweet chilli is “pretty hot”

This one was chucked in the slow cooker for 8 hours, I didn’t sear the meat, roughly chopped a few veggies from and went to work. Literally just threw it all in and off I went. Came home to the most delicious, easiest, heartiest stew ever!
It was very rich in flavour, so just add less wine if you like to dull it down a little 👌🏼
Served with a side of mash 🥔
I also brought it to the boil when I was about to serve and added a little liquid corn starch to thicken the sauce slightly. Personal preference.

🥶 WINTER COMFORT FOOD DONE RIGHT 🥶

These hearty lamb shanks are the kind of meal that warms you from the inside out… rich, smoky, fall apart tender and absolutely MELTING off the bone straight into your heart ❤️🔥

Here’s how we do it 👇

🍗 Ask your butcher for a French trimmed lamb shank (hind shank preferably)

🐑 Coat generously with lamb rub

💨 Smoker set to 235°F and stand the shanks upright for around 2 hours to soak up that smoky goodness and seal the outside beautifully

👉 Then into a tray with:🍅 Crushed tomatoes 🥕 carrots 🧅 and onions from your local and a dash of🍷 red 

Cover tightly with foil and cook low and slow until the meat is falling apart (ours took another 3 hours 🤤)

And yes… drinking the rest of the wine while cooking is highly recommended 🍷😂

Serve it up over creamy mashed potatoes and prepare to impress absolutely everyone at the table 🙌
