Turkey buffet or turkey breast fillet that is the question? What’s the difference?? Turkey buffet is essentially a turkey without legs. You get the tenderness of the white meat only with the flavour of the bone during roasting. Turkey breast fillet is a 2 kg boneless piece, which can be seasoned with Cranberry & chestnut | sage & onion | mango & hazelnut or just natural. These are rolled in house to keep symmetrical for even cooking and will take 1 hr & 45 mins @ 180.c. Your choice both are delicious options, order now!
