Good morning
Some welcome rain to wake up to this morning. Here’s hoping that it is just the start.

I am still doing my run down to Hopetoun this weekend but I am pushing it back until Sunday. Lake Grace is hosting the Great Southern Colts Carnival this weekend and they are a lot of meat eating young men so I have a bit of work to do. If I do it Sunday i can drop it at peoples houses to make it easier for everyone.

I hope everyone has a great long weekend.
We are open tomorrow until about 1. If it’s busy we will stay open a bit longer.
Closed Sunday and Monday and then all steam ahead. Hopefully we have some rain to really kickstart things.

A reminder that we are off to Hopetoun on the 12th of June and then Ongerup/Jerry/Bremer on the 19th of June.

Also, we have made Dragon eggs…..chicken marylands b***d out with a popper in the middle and bacon on the outside. We have also dropped a bit of Sweet Paprika on it

My next run to Hopetoun is on the 12th of June my next to Ongerup/Jerramungup/Bremer is on the 19th of June.
We are then taking July off for a family holiday and then back into the run in August.

Tim’s on work experience so I have got him to make up these veal parmies. When he was a kid we used to call it pizza meat so it was a favourite in our house.

Also we don’t have a lot of steak but we have some oyster blade steaks and plenty of other yummy stuff for dinner.
