I've had the joy of presenting on stage at Cake Alley this week at the Craft and Quilt Fair in Brisbane, with the most beautiful products!

Today is the final day and we have the last of our new Brownie Mixes with us, too. I hope to see you there!

What a day!!! 😃

Where do I start, my goodness!...

Today we launched our Baked By Brooke Brownie Mix to the world which was sooo exciting in itself.

Then I had the best surprise call from The Gatton Star to chat about our business and our Brownie Mix! (Article available to read online).

And then I got to "play cake" in Brisbane at Cake Alley, a part of the Craft Events and demonstrate cupcake decorating on stage with Australian Cake Decorating Network

Wow. Some days are just amazing and today was one of them!

Thank you for following along on this beautiful, crazy ride. I'm so grateful for your support 💗

(PS, I'll be at Cake Alley daily with mini classes at the Meloo stand until Saturday).

Our Brownie Mix Test-Bakers have been baking up a storm today!

One of my favourite comments so far... "I don't do supermarket packet mixes, but I would definitely buy this!" 😃

I'm so excited at how your beautiful bakes are turning out. I can almost smell the chocolatey goodness through the screen 💕
