Tania is based in sunny Townsville, QLD, and brings with her over 20 years of heart-centred work in child protection, homelessness, and youth support. She’s now carving out a beautiful new chapter—one where she can focus on her own wellbeing while supporting others in a whole new way: through real food made with love 💚

Tania has lived experience navigating gluten and lactose intolerance, as well as autoimmune challenges, so she gets it. She knows how hard it can be to find food that’s both delicious and gut-friendly—and that’s exactly what she’s here to offer.

Come and see me in the air conditioned market at Kirwan tonight! Here until 9pm.
Until my grand opening I have packet mixes available, then I will start fresh baked to order on Friday each week and have fresh stock on hand for the markets.
