Happy new year all!
Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas & new years! We’ll be back open at the factory tomorrow 10 Jan from 8am. Thanks for being patient & for all the support over the last year!
I’m sorry we’ve been quiet on socials for the last year. Definitely hasn’t been quiet in the background…….
I promise we’ll do better this year & roll out some amazing ideas we’ve been working on for sometime. There will be some changes for January though I’m sorry.
For the past 10 years we’ve had the pleasure of working with an amazing couple (Lin & Coong) that really took pride & care with their work. The kind of employees most businesses would dream of having. They treated the business like their own & taught us all so much.
For the past few years Coong has been battling cancer & working where he can. His attitude has always been so positive & would just keep going from strength to strength even through treatment. Unfortunately after the last round of radiation about a month before Christmas, it really knocked him around & he finished working & then sadly passed away between Christmas & new year. Lin has always been the backbone of our quality & consistency & understandably has finished up work now as well.
Whilst we navigate funerals & new structure, we plan on only opening Saturday until at least the end of the month.
Our thoughts are with Lin & all of the family, & no words can express our thanks for all of the years amazing bread & learnings!
