This weeks business spotlight goes out to the Sunshine Cafe - Mitre 10, here in

They are without a doubt one of the best kept secrets and hidden gems.

Tucked away in the , they are a friendly and high quality cafe, run by family.

Their cakes are made by hand & onsite. Every bite is perfect, icings are smooth, sponges moist, dense and yet still fluffy!

Their menu offers most all of your breakfast and lunch staples, with the twist being, the chef actually cares about the quality of every plate that goes out.

Staff are wonderfully pleasant and kind.
We can't speak highly enough of the quality of service the Sunshine Cafe puts out, tucked away in their little nook.

If you are at all looking for a hidden gem to show your friends or a wonderful little cafe to slow down and enjoy some gorgeous cakes in. Please, give the Sunshine Cafe at Mitre 10 a try.

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who left a review. This experiment we would say has been a success, and we will likely do it again in future, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for similar raffles.

One of the biggest hurdles we face, both as a small business and perhaps even more so as a roadside vendor, is that of visibility. Our goal with this raffle was to encourage folks to leave reviews, as it helps us a great deal in the facebook algorithm.

Facebook is currently our primary means of advertising, both for it's ease of use and its low cost. Every like, review, comment or any other kind of reaction, helps us in the algorithm.
