Happy Fathers Day to our one and only Brendon Obrien.

With our kids usually running off to trouble in all different directions, you have earned your stripes and the grey hairs. Here are some of our fond memories of raising these maniacs.

For all those concerned about what to feed the best butcher in town for a special occasion, the answer is:

• bacon and onion sour cream cob loaf
• prosciutto & egg cups
• lollies. He has a sweet tooth!!
• roast lamb with the potatoes covered in drippings

After the week from hell, Brendon had to close up early today to come home and look after the family.

Seriously. What a week:

• Kids sick as anything. Not even fighting or being naughty.
• smashed window to the van and no one has been able to replace the panel.
• short staffed due to a number of factors that weren’t preventable.
• our village have not being able to help due to recent and serious preventative surgery
• myself (Nic). Feeling under the weather due to a flare up of PCOS.

Apologies for any inconvenience. He is a family man first and foremost.

See you in the morning though. 7am - 12:30pm.

We are unfortunately the above and Understaffed today (badly).

One of our staff have suffered a non work related injury that has made work impossible for several weeks and we hope that they have a speedy but complete recovery.

It’s just Brendon today. Apologies for any inconvenience.
