Method
1. Make the pumpkin cheese ball. Mix the cream cheese, 2 tbsp grated cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper until combined.
2. Shape into a ball, wrap in cling wrap and create a pumpkin shape. Roll in the remaining grated cheese, then wrap again and tie kitchen twine around it to create creases. Refrigerate.
3. Make the spiderweb dip. Spoon dip into a bowl. Pipe Greek yoghurt in a web pattern and use Kalamata olive pieces to create a spider.
4. Make the broomsticks. Cut mozzarella strings into smaller pieces. Pull apart one end to create bristles, insert a pretzel stick into the other end and tie with chives.
5. Make the mini pumpkins. Peel mandarins and add a small piece of celery as the stalk.
6. Finish the cheese ball. Remove the twine and cling wrap, then add the capsicum top as the pumpkin stalk.
7. Build the board. Add the cheese ball and spiderweb dip first.
8. Arrange the broomsticks, mandarin pumpkins, quince paste with edible eyes, crackers, Kalamata olives, almonds and capsicum sticks around them.
