Mumma Ducks Meats – Butcher / Production Manager

Mumma Ducks Meats is looking for an experienced, hands-on Butcher / Production Manager to work closely alongside our Head Supervisor in a fast-paced, growing team environment.

This is not an “stand around and supervise” role — we need someone competent on the tools, confident leading by example, and genuinely passionate about quality meat production.

You must be experienced in:

* Breaking down whole beasts
* Sausage making and value-added products
* Producing quality cuts and display-ready products
* General smallgoods and meat preparation
* Maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards
* Working efficiently under pressure
* Supporting and motivating a team

We have fresh beef and Guinness sausages and we have made blatchung chilli sausage. We also have a really nice beef bacon maple smoky hickory sausage.
You’ll have to be wuick yo get in and try them. They’re really nice.
