We were so honoured and privileged to be asked to help out with some food for the first “Hazzy Forever Charity Classic” this coming Saturday 11th April, at the Hobart Domain. Until recently we had no idea what Nueroblastoma even was, let alone what a horrible disease it is. The was set up after the Richo’s personal experience with this, and what they are doing to raise awareness and much needed $$$ for this cause is nothing short of amazing. We know times are tough out there at the moment, but the kids and their families dealing with Neuroblastoma are doing it tougher than most. Please consider reading up on the and joining the event or donating if you can, every little bit helps. Plenty of people will be pulling on the running shoes and slogging out some K’s to raise much needed funds, and we are so stoked to be able to feed them when they are done.

We have had a lot of people asking if they can come and visit us at our new home at CSIRO Hobart. Unfortunately as it’s a secure government site(no idea how they let us reprobates in, but anyway) it’s mostly off limits to the general public. HOWEVER….
Here is your big chance! The CSIRO open day is this Thursday afternoon/evening. Open to the general public, come check out what happens at CSIRO, grab a booza from the CSIRO bar, watch the House Band rock some tunes and have a feed with us! The kids will love it, parents will love it, everyone’s a winner!! All the details are on the website, hope to see you there!!

Well, here’s a bit of news for you all! Knuckle Sandwich finally has its own home!! After years of knocking out caterings, pop ups and merch shops, the opportunity arose for us to take on the cafe at Hobart’s CSIRO headquarters in Battery Point. As of tomorrow we will be cooking up some tasty tucker for some of the worlds leading scientists and students, all while looking out over the beautiful Hobart waterfront. How about that!!
Super stoked to be working with some great local businesses including and , and getting to put our own spin on the menu. It’s going to be good fun and a great step forward for Knuckle Sandwich! You beauty!!

Oh hello, remember us! Whoopsie, we’ve been very naughty and haven’t updated our socials for a long long time. But we’re still out and about, doing lots of catering and enjoying all the beaut things Tassie has to offer. We have some cool things in the works to announce, a website to launch soon and an already solidly booked summer of catering ahead.
