When it comes to Speckle Park, the animals are generally a very calm breed and very attractive, but it is what’s underneath that is the true prize! Speckle Park produce high carcase dressing percentages 60% plus is common in a first cross – and great meat eating quality.

Welcome to Southern Highlands Meats, the produce from our family run farm, located 800m above sea level in the picturesque High Range of the Southern Highlands NSW, where we offer you the opportunity to enjoy farm-fresh beef and lamb meat directly from us to you.

Our Angus, Speckle Park and Murray Grey beef cattle along side our Suffolk lambs are born and raised in a stress-free environment, with plenty of open space and fresh air.
We take great pride in producing healthy, grass/pasture fed, high-quality beef and lamb.

Our property currently runs over 300 breeding ewes producing over 420 lambs annually alongside our 150 head of beef cattle, All of which enjoy grazing on permanent improved pastures and seasonal sown Millet, Sorghum and Winter Oat crops finishing them off to Michelin standards.

By purchasing directly from our farm, you can be sure that you are getting the freshest meat possible, straight from our pastures to your plate.
