CHILLED MANGO-LACTO CHIA MOUSSE
Who says you cannot enjoy a refreshing dessert in winter? This Mango Mousse uses frozen mangoes which are packed with Vitamin C to create a beautiful synergy with the bioactive proteins in our formula.
Ingredients:
1 cup Frozen Mango pieces (Thawed slightly)
1/2 cup Coconut Milk or Light Dairy Cream
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 scoop Royal Ausnz Lactoferrin Formula
A dash of vanilla bean paste
Method:
Blend the slightly thawed mango pieces, coconut milk, and vanilla paste until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a glass or jar and stir in the chia seeds.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour to allow the chia seeds to thicken the mousse.
Just before serving, stir in your scoop of Royal Ausnz Lactoferrin until fully incorporated.
