Healthy Pulse, previously owned by a japanese tofu maker, is an ongoing business since 2003, and has been known for making ‘Hand made and Organic’ Japanese tofu. Akira Yoshikawa took over this business in 2010 from the previous owners, and has been endeavouring to bring back and maintain the lost quality of that freshness and naturalness that is lacking in the factory processed tofu available nowa
days on the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on our ‘Handmade’ and ‘Organic’ qualities of the tofu that we produce and provide.
