Pre-orders are now open for our 2026 & Gabbana x Panettone Collection, with beautiful new tins and plenty of delicious Italian flavours on the way.

We do order an abundance, but every year these disappear faster than we expect. If you have a favourite flavour, a favourite tin, or a family member who has already claimed one, we would not leave it too late.

Too firm, too soft, somehow both at once… we’ve all been there.

A little footy heartbreak won’t stop us opening 😅💙🤍

Geelong Fresh will be OPEN tomorrow (Friday public holiday) Grand Final Eve from 10am–3pm.

If you love buttery pasta, Somdutta says you NEED this one in your life. 🧈🍝

Silky garlic butter sauce, al dente pasta and plenty of Parmesan, made with just a handful of simple ingredients.

Butter Garlic Pasta

Ingredients

* 100g pasta, boiled al dente (about 8 minutes)
* 4 small cubes butter
* 2 garlic cloves, sliced
* 1 small ladle pasta water
* A handful of parsley, chopped
* A handful of Parmesan cheese
* Salt, to taste

Method
Melt 1 cube of butter in a pan and add the sliced garlic. Add 1 small ladle of pasta water and stir for a minute.

Add the 3 cold cubes of butter and keep stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and glossy.

Add the cooked pasta and toss well. Add parsley and Parmesan, toss again and serve hot.
