Oysters:- Our oysters are sourced direct from the growers of many different harvest areas in New South Wales, these are all the rock variety. They include :
Clyde River – Moonlight, Waterfall and Rocky Point
Tuross River – Kyla
Manning River – Mangrove Island
Merimbula Lake – Top Lake
Pambula River – Pambula
Lake
Wallis Lake – Long Island, Cape Hawke and Wallis Island
Wapengo Lake – Back Lake and Front Lake
Wonboyn Lake – Wonboyn Lake
Wagonga Inlet – Upper and Lower Honeymoon Bay and Upper and Lower Lavender Point
Twofold Bay – Twofold Bay
We also source oysters from Coffin Bay and Smokey Bay in South Australia, these are a pacific oyster variety. Prawns :- Fresh Cooked Crystal Bay and Tiger prawns – All Australian NO imported product. Frozen whole green prawns and cutlets. Trout:- We carry a wonderful range of trout product delivered to us directly from the Trout Farm. We carry Whole Smoked Trout, Smoked Trout Fillets and fresh whole trout. Venerupis Clams:- These clams are sourced directly from a diver in Tasmania. We receive them once a week and are the only ACT distributor. Fish:- We have a wide variety of fish that we are able to supply from Salmon, Ocean Trout, Snapper, Barramundi to Bream, Flathead and Dory. Just ask and we let you know what is available at the time of your request. Speciality Items:- We are able to source different items from Sliced Smoked Salmon, Spring Bay Mussels, Saucer and Moreton Bay Bugs, Scallops on the ½ shell to Tasmanian Salmon Roe and Lobsters. Our business has been trading in the ACT for over 18 years and Shane has over 40 year experience in the seafood industry. The business is a family owned and operated business which supplies restaurants, clubs, fish shops and the general public.
