What a magnificent idea 💡 💗💗💗

My Dad held a living wake yesterday. He’s 80, still mountain bikes and is nowhere near dead or dying.

He filled a room with the important people from his life, he fed them, boozed them, and told his life story to the room making sure he told stories about everyone there in body or spirit and he told each of us why he loved us. I learned lots about him. It was tremendous, he’s is tremendous.

Skin Tip

If you have re-occurring basal cell carcinomas appearing on your skin, Vitamin B3 is a great vitamin to look into.
