Not just today but any day ask R U Ok and listen 💛

As most of you know, I am always here for a chat or an ear. 💛

Today, on R U OK? Day, I just want to remind everyone to please take care of yourselves, always.

Life can be a lot sometimes, and you never really know what someone else might be going through. A simple “Are you okay?” can mean more than you realise.

Please remember that someone is always there for you if you need to talk. And sometimes, even a stranger can be a great person to let it all out to. You don’t have to know someone for years to show them kindness, listen without judgement, or simply remind them that they matter.

So today and every other day, check in on your friends, your family, your workmates, and even someone you might not know. A little kindness can go a long way.

And if you’re the one who isn’t okay, please don’t feel like you have to carry everything on your own. Reach out, have that chat, and remember that you matter. 💛

R U OK? 💛
