Fred’s One Stop Shopping is much more than living by the philosophy set by my father Fred Pisciuneri back in 1962 when he opened his first fruit shop in Villawood. From very early on in my career he’d taught me that customers are an integral part of our business and in order to really know what they want, in order to gain their trust, we had to be there on the floor with them. An invaluable lesson

that has likewise developed in both Carolyn and myself along with a much deeper awareness, understanding and appreciation for the “engine room” of our business; the staff who go above and beyond every day in delivering the freshest produce and quality continental products for our customers with a sense of pride and caring that a hands-on business thrives upon.
