Not sure if you’ve got the space? Here’s a quick guide to help you plan:

🐄 Side of beef → approx. 300–350L freezer space

👉 A couple of handy tips:

• Leave a bit of room for the extras (ice-cream, veggies… the important stuff 😉)
• Don’t pack it too tight — airflow helps everything freeze properly
• Upright = easier to organise | Chest = more economical

Not ready for a full side? Team up with a friend and split it — easy way to save and still stock up on quality meat.

We’re bringing a full lineup of authentic sourdough:
