Established in 1996 on the picturesque Scotsdale Road just outside of Denmark, Western Australia with the first planting of Vines. the Cheese Factory & Cellar was built in 2004 opening on Boxing Day 2004 by Ross & Dallas Lewis. Annette & Laurie Stock purchased the Business and Property in Feb 2018 and have just recently sold to Josh Gilmour & Gemma Mowday

Denmark Farmhouse Cheese - Fresh local milk goes into every batch of handmade cheese, all hand made on site by us. We have a large range of delicious hard and soft cheeses. We sell our cheeses vac packed in the shop to take-away, or sit down to enjoy in our cafe as part of a cheese tasting or full ploughman's platter. Other lunch options available. We’re back!!! Our pasteuriser is back up and running, and the boys are finally able to get back to making the cheese you love. We’re excited to see our stocks returning to normal, along with some new varieties we can’t wait to share
