Using our Crusty Bread Mix as the base, Yum Gluten Free has whipped up a batch of delicious gluten-free doughnuts that prove this pantry staple is so much more than bread. From sweet treats to savoury creations, it's the perfect all-purpose gluten-free baking essential 🙌

🍞 Ingredients
1x Simply Wize Crusty Bread Mix (prepared dough)
Oil spray or melted butter
1 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup thickened cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: gluten-free sprinkles

🧑‍🍳 Method
1. Follow Crusty Bread Mix instructions to prepare the dough.
2. Slice the dough into 8 even pieces.
3. Shape each piece into a circle, then push your thumb through the centre to form a doughnut shape.
4. Lightly spray with oil or brush with melted butter.
5. Preheat air fryer to 175°C.
6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown
7. Whisk together icing sugar, thickened cream and vanilla to make a glaze.
8. Dip your doughnuts into the glaze and add sprinkles.

Mini Gluten Free Pizzas, featuring our Crusty Bread Mix 😍 🍕

Crispy, cheesy, and delicious - they’re an easy-to-make treat for weeknight dinners, movie nights or homemade pizza nights with friends/family!

🍴Makes 16 mini pizzas

INGREDIENTS 🥖
Pizza base:
- 1 box Simply Wize Crusty Bread Mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups Greek yoghurt
- Extra gluten-free flour for dusting
- Olive oil spray or drizzle
Toppings:
- 8 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 8-10 slices pepperoni
- 6 slices ham
- 1/4 capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/8 cup olives
- Optional: fresh basil, oregano, chilli flakes or hot honey

METHOD 🧑‍🍳
1. Prep toppings and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the Simply Wize Crusty Bread Mix, baking powder and salt.
3. Add Greek yoghurt and water, then mix until crumbly.
4. Use your hands to bring the mixture together into a dough. If too dry, add a little extra yoghurt. If too sticky, add a little extra bread mix/gluten-free plain flour.
5. Dust your bench with flour and knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
6. Divide dough into small portions and flatten into mini pizza bases.
7. Heat a pan over medium heat with a light spray of oil and pan-cook each base for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
8. Place bases onto a lined tray and top with pizza sauce, toppings of choice, and cheese.
9. Bake at 180°C until the cheese is melted and golden. Around 5-8 minutes in the oven.
10. Enjoy!
