Nourishing Wholefoods Everyday Food & Beverages that Support The Whole Families Gut Health. Hello! We are a family living in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Nourishing Products that help you feel confident you’re doing the right thing for your family. We have a passion for local food culture that supports a healthy community and environment. We make sauerkraut, kimchi and other lacto-fermented vegetables, slow cooked bone broths and brew sparkling kombucha and water kefir. In an effort to minimise waste our packaging is returnable and re-useable. We compost vegetables in the garden behind our manufacturing plant to give back to the earth. It is important for us to feel connected to a community that values local ethically produced food and we only distribute to our local area. You can find us at the farmer's markets and shops that share these values.

💜 Everyone loves a little discount 💜

Come into Kunara Organic Market place tomorrow and try all our gut living products!

No more indecision when staring into the fridge full of products…. Why?

Because you have tasted our lightly fermented, flavour rich krauts!

They are easy the taste buds and the tummy which means all the family can enjoy feeding their microbiome.

Come say 👋🏼 to the Team here at Nourishing Wholefoods from 9am until 12pm. 💜🙏
