Had planned to do a video but at the moment I’m relying on my chilli to falk this head cold away. So here’s some photos of what I’ve tried using my latest jam with. An old classic. Spaghetti.
The jam I made contains Birds Eye’s, Cayenne peppers, freshly picked home grown basil, Italian parsley and garlic. So more of a sweeter chilli than the last two jams.

Shout out to the Plaza Butcher (next to Woolies) for supplying the mince

First time for me personally using my chilli jam.
Incorporated the jam with a good old Sunday breakfast favourite.
Scrambled eggs with crispy bacon.

Spread jam on toast, scrambled eggs with spring onions and mushrooms with crispy bacon and Smokey cheese.

Topped the eggs with a little more jam and spring onions.

I must say. It was bloody beautiful. The heat and flavour was certainly there but with all flavour layers it wasn’t unbearable. The heat didn’t last for an uncomfortable amount of time.

And here's a new chilli player in town.
You'll see any and all updates of availble chilli jams. Will have anything from HOT to a sweet heat and for the God like legends out there that are game enough to test their guts there'll be something extreme on offer soon enough
