For lunch today we have our crumbed and fried chicken taken burger!

Our free-range chicken thigh is crumbed and fried until golden, then coated in a sweet, sticky Korean-inspired soy glaze. We stack it with fresh lettuce, house-pickled cabbage, and a generous layer of creamy chipotle aioli, all tucked into a toasted milk bun.

We are back this Monday with our Pastrami Brisket Reuben Burger for lunch!

We are on the road this weekend!

You can catch us tomorrow at the Carlton Farmer’s Market () selling our award winning smallgoods from 8am-1pm!

Then on Sunday we’ll be out with the smoker trailer serving up hot smoked meats at The Enchanted Market at the Briars in Mt Martha from 10am-3pm!

Despite the works on McBride Street, we are still open from 9am-6pm today - now on to the lunch!

Today’s lunch is a Philly Cheesesteak: rump steak chopped through with Swiss cheese, served with grilled onions and capsicums in an aioli slathered bun.
