Since we are struggling to find helpers on our market garden to give Baba and Dida a helping hand , we found this guy who would love to help us since he taxing us so badly and lying about everything.

Thanks albo for not giving us the pension and taxing us with your death duties. Kind regards Baba and Dida and Tony.

Happy Mother’s Day to Baba Mirjana and my wife Melanie and to all our kids and family who have children and grandkids.

May everyone have a lovely day.

Mothers and grandmothers deserve to be treated special so again thankyou to all of them.

Happy to report our 2000 seedlings in our front show garden going well. Just finished feeding and weeding so ready soon to purchase. Our other garden areas also going well.

Garlic progressing and currently planting snow peas and peas and beans. Broad beans soon .

Olives picking and bottling as we speak next few weeks.

Oranges and Mandarines as well as strawberries not to far away for sale at our market.

Beautiful fresh apples , pears , plums and persimmon are so tasty and thankyou to our hills suppliers for continuing to supply us each week over the winter months.

Support Swan Valley farmers as we keep on going along as our bodies can take it. Baba and Dida weeding the 15 ,000 garlic we planted atm.

Market open each Friday , Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 1 pm.

Cheers to everyone and thankyou again to Gregory and Katelyne who filled in for a few weeks.

Organising our spring plantings as well so looks like we will be planting and selling more as we sold out way to much times last season.

Hurrah for cooler weather and a bit of rain, as needs to be moist while we continue to plant our garlic and winter vegetables.

So we have finished planting our purple garlic , leek , bok choy , cabbage , broccoli,broccolini, silverbeet, parsley ,beetroot , kale, spinach , cauliflower and other veggies in 2 of our garden areas on our Swan Valley farm.

Thankyou to our 2 wonderful customers David and Joanna for helping myself , Baba and Dida , as it’s not easy doing it all by hand and bending over for so long.

Autumn brings with it our chance to finally catch up and do our winter planting plus preparing for our spring crops .

We are very busy Swan Valley farmers planting 12,000 garlic bulbs along with 3000 vegetable seedlings.

Soon olives will be ready to sell along with our own olive oil again

Orange and mandarine plus sweet strawberries season coming as well in May.

Persimmon season started along with farm hills direct plums , apples and pears. Also we have farm fresh avos and our own grown butternut and j*p pumpkins.

Cafe closed till Spring but we need the break to get next progression ready for our future expansion, with more days open and new staff on the horizon.

We all hope you continue to support Swan Valley farmers as we are open all year round.

I will be away for a few weeks holiday so Gregory our chef will be here at the market so we continue selling instead of closing.

To all my family, friends in Australia , Croatia and New Zealand .

And to all our loyal new and original customers have a safe and healthy happy few days holidays and celebrate each other.

Thankyou to all my family who helped , and staff and especially the Easter bunny for hoping in to our kids Easter egg hunt yesterday, it was so good to see the kiddies enjoy themselves.

And the biggest Easter present anyone in the world can hope for, is the end to all these wars all over the world.

Open today market selling fresh fruit and veg. Close at 1 pm.

Last of the season seedless grapes. Pomegranates a plenty at $7 kg. New season pears and apples , plums.

Don’t forget cafe open tomorrow as well as our kids Easter egg hunt

Still no winner for our Easter egg jar guess so newbies please have a crack at it. If no winner by this afternoon it will go to the closest guess.
