🚨 PLEASE HELP US BRING OUR AUSTRALIAN FLAG HOME 🇦🇺
We are heartbroken and extremely disappointed.

At around 12:17am on 1 October 2026, two men came from the Pine Ridge Road direction, parked across from Caroona Store, and came to our store.

They used what appears to be a drill machine to remove and steal our large Australian flag from our wall.

📹 We have CCTV footage of the incident and will provide it to police if required.

For some people, it may just be a flag.

For us, it represents 8 years of hard work, pride and serving our community. 🇦🇺

We are a small business, and we work extremely hard every single day to keep our doors open and provide a service to our local community.

We try our best to keep prices fair, including offering diesel at very competitive prices — often better than prices across the wider region.

We don't ask for much. We simply want to work hard, look after our customers and be part of this community.

So to see our Australian flag — something we proudly displayed — being stolen in the middle of the night is deeply upsetting.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected power outage at our Caroona Store today from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, due to the unplanned outage, we were unable to arrange a generator, and some customers were unable to purchase fuel. Power has now been restored, and we are back to normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
