Are pastels your thing? I pick to order on the day that you would like to collect your flowers from us in Capalaba. They will be the freshest you can possibly get and will last many days.
I recommend applying them to your Cake/grazing platter/cocktails/biscuits as close to serving time as possible.
Why?
They are fresh flowers that require humidity of water to survive. We can’t expect these beautiful flowers to survive without the essential moisture they need.
Buttercream icing can, through through the process of osmosis, draw moisture from the flowers. So we expose the Flowers to this medium for a short a time as possible.

We harvest to order & two things guide the growing & supply of our flowers
🌸. Environmentally friendly: organic, seasonal, with compostable keep-fresh packaging
🌼 People friendly: all flowers & foliage are edible, grown using organic & biodynamic methods. Harvested to order for your special occasion
They will stay fresh and beautiful in the crisper of your fridge for 3-4 days , though I often test my flower life and find they last well up to a week depending on the variety.
