🫒 Who would have thought SMOKED OLIVES would steel the show?
This Sunday Maria's Gourmet Kransky's and sausages will also cook Grilled Panini sandwiches. Her creation: Smoked Olives (from Louie's stall) mozzarella, fresh shiitake mushrooms, mild green chillies $12 including bottle of pure apple juice drink (from the Apple Shed Stall)
Add an approx. 120gm grilled topside beef steak (from Claystone Meats) with onion for just
$8 extra! Look forward to breakybrunch with all my other colleagues also serving up high quality food at SSFM!

Their Gourmet Kransky hot dogs and sausages stall are proud to celebrate the incredible farmers, butchers, bakers and producers who make the SSFM a special place.
Our growing Maria's Meat Family includes: Formichi Smallgoods, Kurrajong Country Meats, Canberra's Claystone Meats, and Indigo Valley Lamb, helping us create the gourmet sausages and Kranskys our customers know and love. And let's not forget our egg man from Ten Thousand Harvests, supplying us with the extra protein that makes some of our favourites even more delicious!
Every sausage and Kransky is grilled fresh on our Blackstone BBQ and served on a bakery-quality hand made roles, naturally fermented overnight for exceptional flavour and texture. The hot dog and ciabatta roles are made with real yeast (not powder). Come join Maria and her Colleagues for breakfast at SSFM!

We’re looking for someone to join our team!

The job includes:
• Customer service
• Plating and serving food
• Packing up and loading the van at the end of the market

We’re looking for someone who can:
• Work one day every week, either Saturday at EPIC Farmers Market Capital Region Farmers Market, Canberra or Sunday at Southside Farmers Market Southside Farmers Market , from 8:00am until around 12:00–12:30pm

• Be flexible with the roster and, when needed, be available to work both Saturday and Sunday, as well as earlier starts — 6:30am on Saturdays or 7:00am on Sundays!

• Be available to work during school holidays!
