Here's our wonderful Lara holding our cheese of the month, Appleby's Cheshire. This cheese is made by a third generation dairy farm in Shropshire - theirs is the last raw milk, clothbound farmhouse Cheshire made in England, despite this cheese once being the most famous of all British cheeses. Clean, balanced and zesty flavours, with the delightfully crumbly texture of a classic Cheshire. You can find it in our cheese room now! 🧀
