Bruce Lang’s Butchery kicked off a hind quarter boning challenge, and this morning it was our turn at Camperdown Quality Meats 🔪🥩

Ash had a crack at it and gave it a red-hot go! The results weren’t what he’d hoped for, but it was great to be part of it and have a go alongside everyone involved👏🏽
