BBQ sweet , a quick, simple dish and the perfect accompaniment to any summer spread. Garnish can be adjusted to taste- use your imagination ,.,get creative 😄
We simply peeled back the husks to the point where we could bundle them together, and tied with a loose husk(you can also use butchers twine). Straight onto a hot bbq for roughly 15 minutes until they were well charred but could still see some nice plump kernels.
Straight off the heat we topped with soft butter, seasoning, grated cheese, chilli flakes, crumbled goats cheese, parsley and spring onion, finishing with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and wild roquette ..Happy Cooking 🧑🏽🍳
