After an extremely busy few weeks, we’re excited to let everyone know we have availability for 1 Half Beast or 2 Quarter Beef Boxes in our June run.
This is your chance to fill the freezer with quality local beef, direct from the farm — real paddock-to-plate goodness.

💰 $22 per kilogram for the edible cuts you receive
No paying on dressed weight — you only pay for what goes into your freezer.
Each box is portioned, vacuum sealed and clearly labelled, making it easy to store and perfect for families, couples, or sharing with friends.
A Quarter Box is usually around 50kg and includes a great variety of cuts from across the whole beast, giving you plenty of choice for every meal. From premium cuts like eye fillet, T-bones, BBQ steaks and rump steak, to flavour-packed favourites including homemade sausages, mince, roasts, diced beef and slow-cook cuts — you’ll receive a well-balanced selection designed to keep your freezer stocked with quality beef from farm to fridge.
When ordering a Half or Full Beast, you also have the option to create your own cut list at no extra cost. We’re happy to talk you through the options, or you can keep it simple with our standard cuts.
Optional extras may include pet mince, beef cheeks, ox tail, tongue, liver, heart, kidneys and kidney suet for tallow, depending on availability.

Our cattle are raised with full traceability and care, with no synthetic fertilisers, pesticides, hormones, steroids, antibiotics, Bovaer, mRNA vaccines or grain.

There is only limited availability for June, so it’s first in, best dressed.
