Have you tried the viral no water chicken soup?

Packed with so much nutrition and collagen, perfect for keeping healthy this winter.

What you'll need;
- a good sized stock pot/sauce pan
- 1/2 wombok/napa cabbage roughly chopped
- 2 sticks of celery chopped
- 2 carrots chopped
- table spoon of ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- size 19 free range elgin Valley chicken from DB meats

Layer in pot cabbage, celery, carrots seasonings then chicken

Simmer on low for 3-4 hours
Remove bones, re-add chicken

And done, cosy super soup.
It may not be the most beautiful but it tastes amazing!
