33 years ago, Mum and Dad started their seafood business here. This morning at 5am, Dad brought me a freshly baked French baguette from Ben at The Bread Attic, located in the original Pantacchiniโ€™s building where it all began.

How special is it that we now have local, passionate, food producers right next door to us!

And what makes it even more special is having a little bit of France here in Smithfield and getting a fresh baguette in the morning. ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

If you would have told Max and Franรงoise at age 30, that one day they would create Preston Fresh Seafood (formerly Pantacchiniโ€™s) and the Preston Fresh Food Collective, I think they wouldโ€™ve laughed!
