“Bringing Nagasaki’s Sweet Treats to Australia” Project🧑‍🎓

We are excited to introduce four delicious Japanese sweets made by Bon Soir, a long-established patisserie in Nagasaki, using local ingredients.

✨Loquat Doughnut
✨Lemon Doughnut
✨Loquat Financier
✨Strawberry Financier

This special project was brought to life by students from Nagasaki Commercial High School.

The students took on every step of the challenge themselves, from exploring the unique qualities of local Nagasaki products and learning about Australian quarantine and import regulations, to developing pricing strategies and marketing plans.

These sweets are filled not only with the delicious flavours of Nagasaki, but also with the passion and hard work of the students who made this project possible.

We hope you’ll give them a try and enjoy a little taste of Nagasaki!
