Don’t throw out those bread crusts!

Turn leftover Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo GI loaf into crispy Parmesan Crust Fries — the perfect snack 🤤

Ingredients
- 5–6 slices leftover Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo GI loaf, cut into pieces
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan, divided
- 1½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh thyme leaves, to serve

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
2. Add the bread pieces to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until well coated.
3. Add the dried thyme, salt, pepper and ⅓ cup of the Parmesan, then toss to combine.
4. Spread the bread onto the tray in a single layer and bake for 8–12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
5. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and finish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.

Fresh look and new flavours at Zambrero 🌯✨

Zambrero at Barkly Square has had a full refresh, including a new outdoor seating area just in time for warmer days. Plus, they've introduced menu additions including the Cali Burrito and air-fried hot chips with zesty chicken salt 🍟
