As a health conscious mum of three children, I have always wanted to give them the best when it comes to food, meaning I've always baked from scratch.. bowl, mix and bake, I found they are full of added nasties and cheap fillers, with ingredients that I either can't pronounce, or are made up of numbers. So, I am bringing you Real Baking Mixes. Handcrafted using recipes that I have developed over years of being a Pastry Chef, supplying cafes and making wedding cakes, I aim to make your baking super easy, free from all the bad stuff, and most importantly -super delicious. My goal is simple: I want to help people fill their kitchens with fresh-from-the-oven baked goods made from the best ingredients.
