Cape Hake fillets are processed and frozen-at-sea, with Sea Harvest operating three factory freezer vessels in the ice-cold, crystal-clear waters of the Southern Atlantic Ocean.

Good morning! In our last post, we shared the dates for all our Fresh Seafood Pop-Ups happening throughout May. We look forward to seeing everybody on either the Saturday or Sunday in Benowa or Shailer Park. If you missed those dates, visit our website or dates listed again at the bottom of this update.

This weekend on the Gold Coast, there’s a fantastic range of fresh seafood to enjoy, including NEW AAA Sashimi Tuna Saku Blocks, Sashimi Tuna Steaks, Kingfish and Mahi Mahi Portions, and a fresh batch of fish fillets including Coral Trout, Red Emperor, Pearl Perch, Blue Grenadier, Snapper, Spanish Mackerel and Smooth Dory. You’ll also find plenty of Atlantic Salmon Portions and Barramundi Fillets/Portions on offer starting at $10. All wild-caught and vacuum packed!

We have fresh Sashimi Trays 🍣, fresh Ocean King Prawns 🦐 in all sizes from $30/kg, Moreton Bay Bugs from North Queensland and this week our freshly shucked Pacific Oysters 🦪 is from Smoky Bay (SA) and the Sydney Rock Oysters 🦪 from Wallis Lake (NSW).

Plenty of freshly cooked and chilled AGrade Mud Crabs 🦀 on offer plus our famous Crumbed Calamari and Crumbed Whiting back in stock.
