Boil ups are a personal dish.... Here in Australia we will pay big dollars to create a poor mans meal. Why? Because it reminds us of whanau togetherness. It reminds us of our hunter-gatherer instincts and how many of us grew up in Aotearoa surviving on f**k all in the hood or how we ate to kept warm in winter.

Pork bones
Bacon bones
Brisket
Corned Beef
Sausages
Lamb necks
T**i birds.....

Everyones tastes are different but most of us agree they all taste better with watercress. 🌿

If you have any photos of kai you have cooked with Mister Watercress please share them here. I would love to see this thread flooded with photos and videos of your flavour creations over the years. Chur Mauri Ora ❤️

Whanau it pains me to post this but I've always tried to be as transparent as I can without burdening anyone with my own personal struggles.

Right now I need time to heal and reset my wairua. I've decided to put a hold on the Mister Watercress business until I can sort out a few personal and health related issues I've been struggling with over the past few months.

I appreciate all the love and support you have given me over the last 3 years and will try to make sure you can still access this beautiful kai in other ways.

Nga mihi whanau. Much Aroha ❤️.
