RECIPE OF THE WEEK!! - HONEY BBQ PASTA SALAD 🥗🤤

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:
- Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 1 tbsp of salt, then add the pasta and cook until just al dente. Drain using a colander and rinse with cold water until cool. Drain again briefly, leaving the pasta slightly moist, then transfer to a large bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the chopped bacon and onions. Cook until the onions soften, then stir in Obee Australia Manuka Honey. Continue cooking until the bacon is crispy and dark. Transfer the mixture to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- In the bowl of pasta, mix in the red pepper, celery, green onions, vinegar, chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Stir in the hot sauce, mayo, and BBQ sauce. Add the bacon and onion mixture. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Serve warm or cold.
