It's not every day we get pulled up for a long period of time this early of a morning.
We were stopped up for an hour due to a transformer being hauled up Cunningham's Gap. It was a decent size at 6½ wide and roughly 120m long.
We're running behind, but will still be at Mt Gravatt Markets with fresh fruit and veg.

It's been a long time coming, but we were extremely grateful to receive 35mm of rain today.
This is our biggest rainfall since November last year, and is almost as much as the total rain we have received this year. That's probably hard to believe if you live close to the coast
Follow up will be important to start some run off to fill the dams.

Hope everyone is enjoying the Easter break.
Markets are still open this Sunday, and we will have the first of our Non Astringent Persimmons.
These Persimmons can be eaten crunchy like an apple, and even though the size is down, they taste great.
Look forward to seeing you Sunday at Mt Gravatt Markets.
