Food for Health Hi, I’m Narelle - naturopath, founder of Food for Health, and mum to two beautiful kids. I’ve always been passionate about health, fitness and good food.

Food for Health brings you delicious, gluten-free granolas created by an Aussie naturopath — made with real, nourishing ingredients that deliver both taste and nutrition. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Naturopathy, I owned two health food stores and worked in clinical practice before creating two simple mueslis to support my patients’ treatment plans. Their results were incredible

- and that unexpected moment became the beginning of Food for Health in 2005. I built the brand around the core naturopathic philosophy that “prevention is better than cure”, creating nutritious, accessible foods designed to make healthy living easier for everyone. Warm, caramelised pears baked in maple, cinnamon and vanilla - finished with creamy yoghurt and a rich, golden granola crunch.

Real ingredients. Nothing unnecessary. Just food that tastes good - and feels even better.

Save this for your next cosy morning breakfast or healthy desert. 🍐

Caramelised Maple Pears (Serves 4)

• 4 large pears, halved
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Halve pears, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour over maple syrup and vanilla. Bake in a pre-heated moderate oven for 25 minutes or until soft and caramelised. Serve warm with creamy yoghurt and a generous sprinkle of Food for Health Maple, Almond & Vanilla GF Granola.
