Bogan Biltong is expanding into a brand-new, purpose-built facility — fully fitted out with all the modern gear, chilled workspace, and a cruisey, family-owned culture. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a skilled butcher who wants stability, great pay, and a workplace where your craft is genuinely appreciated.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Producing high quality cuts for biltong, droëwors , boerewors & specialty products
• Showcasing your sausage making skills
• Working in a clean, modern, well-equipped facility
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Assisting with production planning and stock management
• Being part of a small, tight knit team that values skill, pride and good humour
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified butcher OR highly experienced in the trade
• Strong sausage making experience
• Reliable, consistent and able to work independently
• Someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys a relaxed but productive environment
• A team player who fits into a family-owned business culture
