🍲 We’re having chicken soup tonight.
Fresh batch of Oxhill Organic chicken just landed.

While our friends at The Patch take some time out to navigate a few production challenges, we’ve got an incredible farm stepping in: Oxhill Organic Farm, Wauchope — just down the coast near Port Macquarie, and four generations of doing things properly.
Their chooks are raised on organic feed, according to natural rhythms, certified organic from the ground up.

They’re back. And we’ve missed them. 🍅
After a rough run with the weather, tomatoes have finally returned — in the cherry variety.. and they are gorgeous this week. Sweet, vibrant, full of flavour. Other tomato varieties are still finding their footing, but we’re hopeful things will keep improving.

These beautiful nuts are incredibly versatile — here are a few ways we love them:
