We stock Spanish Ortiz El Velero White Tuna
in Olive Oil

~ This is sustainably wild caught off the Cantabrian coast with live bait and packed in organic Spanish olive oil. Ortiz have been fishing and storing tuna like this for 130 years!! Olive oil is a traditional way of storing fish which is great for preserving texture and actually enhances the flavour!!

So something special happened last night!!

We attended the 2026 Australian Meat Industry Council NSW/ACT Awards Gala dinner in Sydney - This event recognises the best of the best from Butcher Shops all over the state & drumroll 🥁🥁🥁

We took home a massive 11 awards
for the Sausage King Best Butcher Category!!
Including 4 Gold …
