Hi everyone
The Beeac Community Market is launching its second season on Sunday, 23 February 2025!
Organising a community event of this nature requires a lot of voluntary support. This includes setting up and operating the market on the day, as well as activities to prepare for and advertise each event.
This event is run by the community, for the community, so it would be great for as many of us as possible to get involved to share the load.
Over the coming weeks, and during the market season, we need additional support with the activities listed below. Each activity is relatively small on its own, and our market coordinator can provide
information to support you. The aim is for people to nominate themselves and take responsibility for each task — including working with others if needed — to distribute the work as widely as possible.

• Visiting other local markets to meet potential stallholders
• Organising BPA stall donations
• Organising entertainment / other activities
